Fire Department

The Pittston Fire Department is a volunteer department. The members of the volunteer Fire Department have weekly meetings every Wednesday night at 6:30 at Central Pittston Station. If you are interested in becoming a volunteer firefighter please contact the Pittston Fire Chief (contact information listed below).

Burn Permits

Burn permits may be obtained through the Maine Burn Permit System. You can apply for a burn permit online at the Maine Forest Service website or by contacting the Maine Forest Service directly.
