30-Day Lien Notices for 2025-26 Taxes

Tomorrow, July 31, is the last day to pay any remaining balance on 2025-26 Real Estate Taxes (“last year’s taxes”) before 30-Day Lien Notices are sent. Avoid the additional fees and certified postage by paying in full by tomorrow. The Town Office is open today until 5PM and tomorrow 7AM-1PM.
[This year’s 2027 Taxes are scheduled for commitment at the August 5 Select Board meeting. Those tax bills should arrive mid-August and will have 2 payments: 10/31/26 and 4/30/27.]
